We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to run the floor, support the team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
At 850 Degrees, this is not a back-office role. You’ll be in the action, leading by example, keeping service smooth, and making sure every guest leaves wanting more.

What You’ll Do
Lead from the floor while running your own section (so you also earn tips).
Keep service efficient, positive, and guest-focused.
Train, coach, and support staff.
Assist with hiring and building team culture.
Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Support promotions, events, and initiatives.
What You Bring
3+ years serving experience.
2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure.
Bonus: Management experience in restaurants or retail.
