The Spuckies have arrived ...

A SPUCKIE is derived from the Italian verb Spaccare which means to split… Yes, this is what we are calling our new range of sandwiches for the month of March. To keep life simple, we have designed 3 types of sandwiches which are below or if you don’t fancy one of those … make up your own.

Simply choose a leaf, a dairy, a dressing, a veg and finally a protein. Which bread, that’s simple also, there is only one, which is made from our amazing pizza dough, fresh just for you.

Kingsbury AvenueDried Speck (a lightly smoked ham), sliced tomatoes, arugula, Buffalo mozzarella, and fig balsamic dressing. Blast from the past, Kingsbury Avenue is what the street we know today as 30th was called, this name change happened in 1935!

Greenwood Avenue Served hot, vegan meatballs in tomato sauce, topped with hot red peppers, arugula, and vegan shredded mozzarella. Greenwood Ave, now known as 36th street, is a place where Chris, Wayne, and Siobhan shared many happy memories.

Beach Road This delicious vegetarian sandwich is made up of a house-made chickpea salad, topped with arugula, hot peppers, and semi-dry cherry tomatoes! A blast from the past, Beach Road is now known as Lake Promenade. This name change happened in 1935!
