Our rich beef ragu is slow-cooked and symphony of deep, comforting flavors, reminiscent of cozy holiday evenings. Al dente linguine, each strand coated with the savory ragu, creating a harmonious blend of texture and taste. Generously sprinkled, 30-month-aged Parmigiano-Reggiano that adds a touch of elegance and depth, elevating the dish with its mature, nutty essence.

Rustic farmhouse pale ale with southern hemisphere hops. Traditional old world yeast meets new world hops producing flavours of sweet fruit and soft spice..(355ml)

Juniors British Mild LeftField Brewery (3.3% vol)

This British style Mild with a base of Maris Otter malt, a blend of Thomas Fawcetts Crystal malts, and a touch of Chocolate, and Black Prinz malts for a carmelized flavour and beautiful deep amber colour.(355ml)
