Our Warm Four Cheese & Zucchini Salad consists of a warmed blend of goats cheese, pecorino, truffle gouda and Grana padano cheese πŸ§€ wrapped in a pan-fried, buttered zucchini... all atop a bed of arugula, artichoke, semi-dried cherry tomatoes, homemade garlic croutons and toasted sunflower seeds - dressed with a balsamic glaze & olive oil dressing
