Gluten-Free Pizza
Most of our pizzas are available on a gluten-free base. Our kitchen uses separate preparation tools for gluten-free orders to minimise cross-contamination. Please note that we use a shared oven, which we clean before baking gluten-free pizzas.
Our gluten-free dough delivers a crisp, satisfying crust that holds its own against our classic base. Guests regularly tell us it is the best gluten-free pizza they have had in the city.
Our focaccia and garlic bread can also be prepared gluten-free.
Vegan & Dairy-Free Options
We partner with VegCheese, a family-run Toronto company, to offer artisan vegan cheese that is nut-free, gluten-free, and preservative-free. Made in small batches with organic soy milk and coconut oil, it melts beautifully on our stone-baked pizzas.
Fan Favourites
Vancouver Vegan — Black-truffle vegan mozzarella, eggplant, spicy maple, and potato. Rich, earthy, and completely plant-based.
Vegan Muskoka — Vegan mozzarella, Beyond Meat sausage, and garlicky rapini. Bold flavour with zero compromise.
