Slow-cooked for 5 hours!! This Neapolitan style Ragù comes with 4 different cuts of meat and is served on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes.


Lentils and Sausage (Vegan option)

Lentils & sausage with a drizzle of olive oil. The sausage can be either pork and black pepper or vegan sausage …it’s up to you. Served with a piece of homemade focaccia bread.


Wines of the Month

La Petite Nina 11.5% Vol

This bright unoaked Gamey is produced locally with aged vines. The perfect transition from the summer’s whites to the winter’s reds.

Stratus Weather report Red 2014 13%vol

This blend of Cab Sauvignon, Cab Franc and Merlot is the perfect combination with our Rich Ragù

Beer of the Month

Empower

This hazy golden yellow in colour with a tight white crown. Aromas of tropical fruits (slight pineapple and mango) alongside some grapefruit, peach, and pear, with a touch of floral notes.
