March is here but never fear the speck is here… What is Speck you ask, well its a lightly smoked ham which normally comes from the northern Italy, except this this one comes from northern Ontario.
For the pizza of the month we have a base of Ontario buffalo mozzarella, thinly sliced potatoes, caramelized red onions all topped off once cooked with plenty of speck.
