June is here ... what's the pizza of the month

Summer is almost here, so I thought we should have something light. Thats why we are making a white pizza, with Fior di latte, lemon peppered chargrilled chicken, arugula and pan fried cherry tomatoes.

Also whats summer without a salad.... so we have a pomegranate, goats cheese, arugula with a Balsamic and olive oil dressing

Wine you say .... how about a fresh , clean Malivoire Riesling
