Gluten Free Dough

We did not open with a gluten free option as I wanted to take our time and get the right mixture. I believe we now have the right mixture and texture. So as from today, you may choose a 12″ gluten free base*. As much a possible we have prepared the dough in a non gluten environment but if you are celiac, then please make sure that you inform your server so that we can take extra precautions during the preparations of your pizza.

* Due to the additional cost of labour and ingredients there is a cost of an additional $2.50 per base. Gluten free bases are only available in our 12″ option.
