For the month of February we are bringing back two popular classics. First, we have our take on the traditional Calzone, with Tomato sauce, Ricotta cheese, and spicy Calabrese salami.Our second special, Aglio e Olio, is a simple Italian pasta dish with garlic, olive oil, and parmigiano reggiano cheese tossed with Linguine pasta. We added cherry tomatoes, parsley, and a pinch of chilli peppers to turn it up a notch. Can you take a little extra heat? You'll definitely want to try it with our home-made chilli oil!
