Pizza of the month

This month’s featured pizza is a delectable pizza layered with creamy mozzarella on a white base, topped off with fresh, crisp arugula and rich, savoury Ontario prosciutto. But we didn’t stop there – we’ve added a twist of juicy peaches, soaked in whiskey, for that extra burst of flavour and tangy balsamic glaze for an exquisite, contrasting bite. And to make it truly indulgent? A dollop of luxuriously creamy burrata to top it all off ❤️





Pasta of the Month

This month’s featured pasta is freshly cooked calamari basking in a tangy tomato sauce, garlic, and chili sauce, all served over classic Calamarata pasta. A flavourful combination that will leave your taste buds tingling.





Wine of the Month

Inspired by my recent unforgettable journey to Sicily 🇮🇹, we’re embarking on a new adventure. For the first time in a decade, we’re expanding our featured wine outside of Canada 🇨🇦. Through our main menu and featured wines, we’ve celebrated over 250 different Canadian vintages!

This month, we invite you to travel with us to Sicily, with the 2020 GENESI REGIO CANTINA The volcanic soils, the sunlight and a continental climate characterized by very cold winters and scorching hot summers, punctuate the rhythms of the special Vulture region. A unique terroir in the Mediterranean sphere gives birth to unique wines, with strong mineral character and spicy touches.Dark, deep ruby colour with vivid purple reflection. Deep and rich aromas of bitter cherry, sweet spices and balsamic notes. Excellent structure, well balanced with soft tannins and good persistence.
