Pizza of the Month is a delightful creation starting with a base of homemade basil pesto, topped with creamy cheese and sweet, oven- roasted vine cherry tomatoes. Finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and fresh basil leaves for the perfect balance of flavours.

Pasta of the Month

This month’s pasta of the month is a classic: Spaghetti Bolognese made with Ontario beef, spaghetti pasta, a touch of Chianti, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
