April's Features

Pasta Aglio, Olio et peperoncino

Traditionally known as the “dish of the poor”, this classic southern Italian dish of spaghetti, Garlic, Olive oil and Chilli gets touched with a few pan-fried Cherry tomatoes & Parsley

With spring now here, April’s feature pizza is a light and fresh option with Creme fraiche, cremini mushrooms, petit pois, Truffle Oil, caramelized onions, Fior di latte and Niagara prosciutto

ROSÉ (2016 Two Sisters)

Harvested early to achieve lively acidity and a bright character, this wine was given a cool, slow fermentation to preserve the bright, fresh aromatics and flavors. Predominantly Merlot, this wine is delicate, yet intriguingly complicated. Notes of ripe red cherries and currants, rose petals and wild flowers are evident. Refreshing, balanced, and delicious, this wine is perfect for sipping, or pairing with lighter cuisine of all types

RoboHop Imperial IPA is not a beer to trifle with. The unfiltered beer pours with a deep orange hue with a bright white head. The aroma is fantastic. Tropical fruits abound from the glass, which consist of passion fruit, guava, lemon with notes of white grape and evergreen mingling together. Makes you think of cotton-candy.
